Quaker Steak & Lube in Charleston, WV is seeking a Restaurant Manager to lead front-of-house operations, develop the team, and deliver a welcoming guest experience. The role reports to the General Manager and focuses on energy, leadership, and exceptional service.

Responsibilities include supervising daily operations, driving sales, maintaining cleanliness and safety, and supporting hiring and training. Competitive pay and a 48-hour work week with flexible scheduling are offered.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous management experience in family or casual dining preferred.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and remain on your feet for extended periods.

Responsabilités

• Lead daily restaurant operations, ensuring high standards of service, quality, and efficiency.
• Drive sales and uphold operational and service standards across the restaurant.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for both guests and team members.
• Uphold and model safe food-handling and operational practices.
• Support the hiring, training, and development of all team members.
• Step in where needed and take on additional responsibilities as part of a collaborative leadership team.
