Qualifications

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Minimum of 1 year of prior management experience in family or casual dining preferred.
• ServSafe Food Manager Certification preferred.

Responsabilités

• Drive sales, steps of service, and guest satisfaction.
• Oversee cleanliness of the restaurant and guest safety at all times.
• Enforce liquor laws and responsible service guidelines.
• Understand and practice safe food-handling procedures.
• Assist with interviewing, hiring, and training front-of-house staff.
