Job summary

DKT Investments is seeking an Operating Partner to lead and develop a strong team across restaurants, driving operational excellence and customer experience. You will coach, mentor, recruit, and train Family Members to deliver the DKT experience.

The role reports to the Area Manager and focuses on talent management, performance improvement, and ensuring that all operations are clean, safe, and ready for business.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Strong communication, influence, and negotiation abilities with staff.
• Experience leading and coaching restaurant teams.

Responsibilities

• Direct and develop a strong team to drive operational excellence.
• Lead and supervise all aspects of the Family Member experience.
• Recruit, train, and promote Family Members.
• Ensure operations are clean, safe, and ready for business.
