Chick-fil-A Townridge Square is seeking a hands-on Restaurant Operations Manager to lead daily restaurant performance, mentor leaders, and deliver outstanding guest experiences with autonomy. You will work with an experienced Owner/Operator and implement procedures to improve profitability, ensure food and team safety, and develop others to high standards.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of Leadership experience.
• Strong communication skills.
• Hospitality experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Delivering operational excellence & coordinating with other leaders to deliver remarkable results across all areas of the restaurant.
• Building high performance teams, identifying and coaching leaders for Front of House and Back of House operations.
• Leading and developing restaurant leaders, creating an inspiring vision, coaching and holding people accountable to high standards.
• Increasing profitability through implementing procedures to reduce costs, increase productivity, and promote sales.
• Maintaining a work environment that ensures and promotes food and team safety.
• Preparing the restaurant for reinvestment and anticipated growth through proactive leadership and developing others.
• Increasing overall restaurant results, working cross-functionally with other department leaders through weekly meetings and high-level goals.
