• Write weekly/yearly budgets and projections and take corrective actions.
• Monitor inventory, review financial results versus budget.
• Review invoices and payroll to ensure compliance with government standards.
• Conduct management performance reviews and develop staff.
• Lead safety, cash handling, and record-keeping processes.
• Coordinate with community and events to promote the restaurant.
• Ensure all daily operations procedures are followed.
