Job summary

New England Authentic Eats LLC (Papa Gino's / D'Angelo) in Massachusetts is seeking a Restaurant General Manager to lead daily restaurant operations, drive sales, and coach a team to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

You will manage budgets, food and labor costs, ensure safety compliance, and develop staff through training and performance reviews while maintaining our brand standards and community involvement.

Qualifications

• Must work 45–60 hours weekly including weekends.
• HS diploma; ServSafe and CPR certifications required.
• Experience in restaurant management and staff training.

Responsibilities

• Direct daily restaurant operations within budget and ensure profit objectives.
• Ensure guest satisfaction, maintain food/labor costs, safety and sanitation.
• Recruit, hire, train hourly team members and conduct performance reviews.
• Develop financial plans and manage inventory and promotions.
