Job summary

LV Petroleum LLC is seeking an enthusiastic Assistant Store Manager to join our team. You will work closely with the Store Manager to oversee daily operations, drive sales, and maintain high standards of customer service and store presentation.

Responsibilities include managing daily store activities, supervising staff, handling cash and inventory, and ensuring compliance with policies. The role requires strong leadership, communication, and multitasking in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; previous retail or management experience preferred.
• Strong leadership and team-building skills with the ability to motivate others.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of inventory management and retail operations.
• Basic understanding of financial principles and operational budgeting.
• Proficient in POS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing daily store operations to ensure smooth, efficient processes.
• Participate in opening/closing procedures, cash handling, and inventory management.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and safety regulations.
• Maintain a welcoming store environment through cleanliness and presentation.
• Train and coach staff to deliver exceptional customer service.
• Assist in scheduling and recruitment to maintain adequate coverage.
• Oversee inventory ordering, receiving, stocking, and shrinkage control.
• Support store sales goals and promotional activities.
