Qualifications

• Leadership experience in restaurant or food service.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with cost control, budgeting and inventory management.
• Proven problem-solving and attention to detail.
• Two to three years of leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist the General Manager in day-to-day operations to ensure smooth service and standards.
• Support opening/closing procedures and ensure processes are followed.
• Recruit, train and onboard new team members with coaching.
• Supervise staff during shifts and delegate tasks effectively.
• Lead performance discussions to support growth and development.
• Deliver high guest satisfaction by monitoring quality and resolving issues.
• Assist with expenses, labor and inventory to support profitability.
• Track sales and payroll; maintain accurate inventory to reduce waste.
• Ensure health, safety and sanitation standards are met.
• Support local marketing efforts to drive traffic and sales.
• Maintain clear communication with the GM and team; identify improvements.
