• Coach and develop Shift Coordinators and Team Members to elevate team performance.
• Direct efficient food preparation and service to meet speed of service guidelines.
• Oversee inventory, cash control, and safety procedures to protect assets.
• Perform duties of Hourly Shift Coordinator when needed.
