Job summary

Logan's Roadhouse is seeking an Assistant General Manager in Midwest City, OK to oversee the restaurant's daily operations, drive sales, and manage a team of hourly staff and managers. You will ensure safety, food quality, and guest service while controlling costs and executing company policies.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Minimum two years restaurant management experience required.
• College degree preferred or equivalent in experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Proper food handler and alcohol dispensing certifications.
• Meets all company service standards.

Responsibilities

• Model hospitality by conducting 100% table visits.
• Handle guest complaints effectively.
• Assist marketing techniques and research to attract new guests.
• Build professional relationships in the community.
• Assist with staffing: review applications, interview candidates, training.
• Plan and lead shift meetings; solicit feedback from team members.
• Provide coaching, development goals, and recognition to hourly staff.
• Ensure safety, sanitation, and regulatory compliance (ServSafe/OSHA/HACCP).
• Manage shifts to achieve sales and profit goals.
• Oversee cash handling and bank deposits.
• Maintain vendor relationships for timely deliveries.
• Monitor food/bev quality, recipes, portions, and food safety.
• Oversee maintenance and facilities coordination.
