Job summary

LOGAN in Conway, AR is seeking an Assistant General Manager to lead daily operations, drive sales, and manage P&L for a single Logan's Roadhouse restaurant. You will hire and train staff, ensure safety and sanitation, monitor regulatory compliance, and maintain guest service excellence; provide coaching and performance feedback.

This role requires at least two years restaurant management experience; a college degree is preferred; strong communication and organizational skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years restaurant management experience required.
• College degree preferred or equivalent in experience.
• Must possess proper food handler and alcohol dispensing certifications.
• Maintains a clean back-of-house area.
• Meets all company service standards.

Responsibilities

• Model hospitality skills and conduct 100% table visits.
• Handle guest complaints effectively.
• Assist with staffing, interviewing, and training.
• Plan and lead shift meetings and provide feedback to staff.
• Manage shifts to achieve sales and profit goals.
• Ensure compliance with ServSafe Alcohol, Food, OSHA, and HACCP standards.
• Oversee cash handling, deposits, and banking procedures.
• Coordinate maintenance/repairs and vendor relationships.
• Support General Manager in day-to-day operations.
