CAVA in Kirkwood, MO is seeking an Assistant General Manager to translate our mission and values into daily restaurant excellence. You will partner with the General Manager to drive store performance, lead scheduling, forecasting, labor management and inventory, and develop hourly Team Members through coaching and feedback.

The ideal candidate has 1–2 years in a supervisory role, strong leadership and communication skills, and a passion for hospitality.

Qualificações

• 1–2 years of supervisory or management experience in restaurant or hospitality.
• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage schedules, forecasting, and labor costs.
• Commitment to food safety, cleanliness, and guest satisfaction.

Responsabilidades

• Assist the General Manager in managing daily restaurant operations, including opening and closing procedures.
• Ensure adherence to CAVA's standards for food quality, service, and cleanliness.
• Oversee inventory management, supply ordering, and cost control to maintain profitability.
• Supervise and support Team Members with training, coaching, and performance feedback.
• Lead scheduling and staffing while addressing Team Member issues to maintain a positive work environment.
