Job summary

CAVA is hiring an Assistant General Manager in Missouri to lead daily restaurant operations and uphold our standards of excellence. You will partner with the General Manager to develop action plans, monitor financial metrics, and grow hourly Team Members through training and coaching.

You will supervise schedules, labor, inventory, and safety practices while driving customer satisfaction and loyalty in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Candidates with 1–2 years in a supervisory or management role in restaurant/hospitality.
• Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to manage budgeting and cost control.
• Knowledge of health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
• Adapt to a fast-paced environment and solve problems.

Responsibilities

• Assist the General Manager in managing daily restaurant operations, including opening and closing procedures.
• Ensure adherence to CAVA’s standards for food quality, service, and cleanliness.
• Oversee inventory management, supply ordering, and cost control to maintain profitability.
• Supervise and support Team Members with training, coaching, and feedback.
• Support the General Manager with scheduling and staffing.
• Assist with addressing Team Member issues to maintain a positive work environment.
