Qualifications

• Strong communication and organization skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead staff training classes and wine seminars.
• Oversee the Host department to ensure warm greetings.
• Prepare weekly staff schedules and manage labor costs.
• Collaborate with management to maintain service standards.
• Prepare month-end accruals and assist financial reviews.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety and labor regulations.
