Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Internal Service: recruit, train, develop and evaluate restaurant employees; ensure staffing, training, and compliance with labor laws.
• External Service: ensure guest satisfaction, train staff for excellent service and food quality, address guest concerns promptly.
• Sales & Profits: use management information tools to analyze performance and drive sales and profitability while adhering to budget and brand standards.
