Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day restaurant operations to ensure quality food, service, and sanitation.
• Supervise management and hourly staff; assign daily work and direct staff.
• Maintain equipment, inventory in the computer system, and ensure budgetary targets and cost controls.
• Reconcile cash registers, deposit daily receipts, and prepare administrative reports.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and state/federal laws governing safety and food handling.
