Job summary

Houchens Food Group seeks a Restaurant Manager to lead overall restaurant operations, supervise staff, ensure food safety, and uphold cleanliness and security standards.

You will recruit and train team members, manage inventory and money controls, support local marketing, maintain records, and deliver exceptional customer service. This role may involve coordinating promotions and events, and training staff through company programs.

Responsibilities

• Crew member completes and posts staff work schedules in accordance with company guidelines.
• Communicates changes of food preparation formulas, standards, etc. to all foodservice team members.
• Ensures that all local and national health and food safety codes are maintained and company safety and security policies are followed.
• Maintains necessary business records as outlined by the QSR brand/company policy. Analyzes business records to increase sales.
• Supports local and national marketing initiatives.
• Identifies and contacts prospective customers to promote sales.
• Coordinates promotions, caterings and other special events as directed.
• Completes all training initiatives provided by the QSR brand.
• Other job-related tasks as assigned.
