Job summary

Wahlburgers Memphis is seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to support the General Manager and the Assistant General Manager in running daily operations, ensuring superb guest service and efficient business performance.

The RM will lead front- and back-of-house teams, manage schedules, training, and quality standards, uphold company policies, and drive community engagement and promotional events in the local market.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of full-service restaurant experience in a leadership role.
• Proven ability to lead teams and ensure guest satisfaction.
• Strong communication and problem-resolution skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily restaurant operations to ensure top service and performance.
• Oversee inventory, scheduling, and adherence to standards with GM/AGM.
• Maintain food quality, cleanliness, and safety compliance.
• Lead by example and coach staff for exceptional guest experiences.
