Job summary

Big Night Entertainment Group in Mashantucket, CT is seeking a Restaurant Manager to lead front-of-house operations, ensure service excellence, and manage a busy team. The role requires at least 2 years of management experience in a high-volume food and beverage setting, a high school diploma, and TIPS certification.

You will oversee scheduling, guest interactions, and adherence to quality and safety standards while driving sales.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years' direct management experience in a full service food and beverage, high volume upscale and/or club environment required
• High School Diploma required; Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred
• TIPS or other recognized Alcohol Certification required
• Exemplary customer service skills
• Strong problem solving and analytical skills

Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations during shifts, staff support, guest interaction, and standards.
• Prepare staff schedules based on forecasted volume and adjust as needed.
• Identify opportunities to increase sales and reduce costs.
• Oversee safety, quality, and compliance across operations.
• Provide training and feedback to front-of-house team.
