Responsibilities

• Manage reservations and waitlists, offering estimated wait times.
• Assign and escort guests to their tables.
• Monitor guest consumption of alcohol and intervene as needed.
• Promote Big Night Entertainment Group positively.
• Collaborate with hosts, servers, bartenders, support and management.
• Remember guest names and personalize service.
• Build guest loyalty and maintain a clean, stocked work area.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
