Job summary

BBQ Holdings, Inc. is seeking a Restaurant Manager in Minnesota to oversee daily restaurant operations. You will supervise staff, ensure safe food preparation, and uphold guest satisfaction across all dining experiences.

Responsibilities include inventory management, menu collaboration with chefs, cost estimation for food and drinks, and regular operations reporting for regional leadership. Strong leadership, customer service, and compliance with alcohol regulations are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Restaurant experience required; management experience preferred.
• Strong supervisory and leadership skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with a focus on customer service.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Familiarity with food handling, safety, and other restaurant guidelines.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
• Flexibility to work a minimum of 50 hours per week, with potential for extra hours.

Responsibilities

• Oversees food preparation and ensures health, safety, food handling, and hygiene standards.
• Ensures customer satisfaction with all aspects of the dining experience.
• Handles customer complaints, resolving issues diplomatically and courteously.
• Ensures compliance with alcoholic beverage regulations.
• Estimates food and beverage costs.
• Manages inventory and purchases of food and supplies.
• Conducts daily inspections of restaurant and equipment for compliance with health and safety standards.
• Periodically evaluates equipment for repairs and maintenance, and schedules service.
• Collaborates with chefs to develop appetizing menus.
• Maintains sales records and tracks cash receipts.
• Prepares and submits operations reports for the regional manager.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
