Job summary

Taco Bell Bel Air is seeking an experienced Supervisor's Title Area Coach (AC) to lead daily restaurant operations, supervise general managers, shift managers, and crew, and role-model exceptional service. You will oversee training, scheduling, and adherence to company standards across food safety and quality.

Responsibilities include driving customer satisfaction, managing financial performance, and coordinating with vendors while ensuring compliant HR practices and a positive work environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Supervisory experience in a food service or retail environment.
• Ability to maintain financial controls and coach hourly employees.
• Proven ability to drive customer satisfaction, financial performance and employee satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Directly supervises restaurant staff including GMs, shift managers and hourly crew.
• Drive customer service excellence and enforce quality standards.
• Develop and monitor operating plans, labor, inventory and profitability.
• Oversee HR duties including hiring decisions, training and staff development.
