Job summary

Taco Bell in the United States seeks a Supervisor's Title Area Coach (AC) to provide leadership and direct supervision of operations in an individual restaurant, ensuring the restaurant meets its operating plan. Focal points include driving customer service excellence, maintaining company standards, supervising food handling, and exercising financial control to meet margin targets.

You will train and motivate employees, supervise hands-on operations, and model behaviors.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Supervisory experience in either a food service or retail environment.
• Demonstrates ability to maintain financial controls and coach hourly employees.
• Proven ability to drive customer satisfaction, financial performance and employee satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Maintains fast, accurate service and product quality in line with company standards.
• Drives customer-focused culture by resolving issues and training managers and crew to meet customer service standards.
• Tracks, analyzes and resolves sources of customer complaints and ensures food safety standards are met.
• Develops and drives restaurant annual operating plan and analyzes sales, labor, inventory and controllables.
• Oversees scheduling, staffing plans and development of management staff and crew, ensuring adherence to company policies.
