Job summary

Taco Bell Lanham is seeking an experienced Supervisor's Title Area Coach to lead the Restaurant General Manager and oversee restaurant operations, ensuring service quality, food safety and financial performance. You will directly supervise General Manager and shift managers, drive customer satisfaction, manage staffing, and develop employees to achieve annual operating plans and margin targets.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Supervisory experience in food service or retail is expected.
• Ability to maintain financial controls and coach hourly staff.

Responsibilities

• Directly supervises Associate General Managers, Shift Managers and hourly crew.
• Drive customer service excellence and uphold food safety standards.
• Develop and manage the restaurant's annual operating plan and margin targets.
• Analyze sales, labor, inventory and controllables and take corrective actions.
• Oversee scheduling and staffing to optimize restaurant operations.
