Job summary

Sizzling Platter LLC in Albuquerque, NM seeks an Assistant Manager to support the General Manager in daily restaurant operations, lead shifts, coach team members, and ensure adherence to company standards. This is a hands-on, hourly role involved in front-of-house and back-of-house activities.

The candidate will drive guest satisfaction, assist with hiring and onboarding, and help maintain food safety, inventory, and proper cash handling procedures while supporting a high-volume operation.
