Circle K Stores Inc. in Citra, FL is seeking a Restaurant Assistant Manager to assist the Restaurant Manager with daily operations and supervise the team in their absence. You will lead team members, coach performance, and partner with management to uphold Brand standards and guest satisfaction.

The RAM will ensure food safety, drive smooth shifts, and manage daily paperwork while coaching staff and maintaining a positive workplace aligned with Circle K values.

Qualifications

• Full time required; availability during all hours of operation and at least one hour pre-opening and post-closing required
• Valid state Driver’s License required
• Excellent communication skills

Responsibilities

• Provides excellent guest service in a fast and friendly manner.
• Coaches and corrects team members.
• Conducts second interviews for team members and shift leads.
• Maintains a clean restaurant environment via housekeeping duties.
• Assigns shift duties and follows up for completion.
• Directs team to ensure all food items meet Brand, Company, and health regulations.
• Coaches on food preparation and production guidelines.
• Trains team on new products and materials.
• Manages campaign materials placement when requested.
• Ensures product quality, food safety, and operational standards.
• Monitors cash, sales, and inventory records for the shift.
• Completes end-of-shift and end-of-day paperwork.
• Reports discrepancies to supervisor.
• In RM absence, completes daily/weekly/period paperwork and counts.
• Maintains safe environment per laws and safety codes.
• Completes incident reports per policy.
• Supports RM to meet financial and operational metrics.
