Job summary

Qualifications

• Previous leadership experience in retail, restaurant or hospitality.

Responsibilities

• Able to perform all responsibilities of restaurant team members.
• Lead team meetings, along with Restaurant Manager.
• Oversee Brand Training Programs, schedule, train, validate, certify team and shift lead staff.
• Ensure Brand standards, recipes and systems are executed; maintain guest-focused culture.
• Review guest feedback results and implement action plans to drive improvement.
• Assist RM with labor scheduling to meet demand and service standards.
• Support RM in supplier orders, inventory and budget maintenance.
• Coach team members to drive sales, profitability and guest satisfaction.
