Responsabilités

• Perform all duties of the Restaurant Manager in their absence.
• Lead team meetings with the Restaurant Manager.
• Oversee Brand Training Programs and ensure brand standards are followed.
• Maintain guest-focused culture and deliver great guest experiences.
• Monitor guest feedback and drive improvement actions.
• Support RM with weekly labor scheduling and staff deployment.
• Assist in supplier and vendor orders and inventory control.
• Ensure safety, food safety, and sanitation compliance.
