Job summary

Church's Chicken is seeking a restaurant leader to coach, train, and develop Team Members on shift to deliver an outstanding customer experience. The role requires ensuring staff follow standard procedures for menu items, safety, and proper product handling while maintaining a positive work environment.

The position entails managing labor costs, coaching employees, and ensuring attendance and performance across shifts in a fast-paced restaurant setting.

Qualifications

• Must have strong leadership and people-management abilities.
• Ability to develop employees through training and counseling.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to interact professionally with individuals at all levels.
• Knowledge of restaurant policies and procedures.
• Knowledge of labor cost reporting, profit and loss statements, and operating statements.

Responsibilities

• Monitors prompt, friendly, and courteous customer service.
• Ensures menu products are prepared and served to standard.
• Ensures team members carry out assigned tasks.
• Assists team members to prepare quality products and maintain a clean restaurant.
• Demonstrates proper procedures for team members to follow.
• Enforces safety and security policies and procedures.
• Performs opening and closing duties as required.
• Follows proper product procedures for preparation of items.
• Follows receiving, handling, and storage procedures for food products.
• Maintains professional leadership behaviors.
• Ensures on-time attendance by employees for their shift.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
