Job summary

Miguel's Jr. - 21 Moreno Valley is looking for an Assistant General Manager who will support front and back of house operations. The AGM will lead teams, manage operational responsibilities, and ensure compliance with safety and service standards. Ideal candidates have at least 2 years of management experience in a quick service restaurant (QSR) setting and display excellent communication skills. Flexibility with hours, including nights and weekends, is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a supervisory or management role in a QSR or similar environment.
• Demonstrated ability to lead, coach, and motivate a diverse team.
• Working knowledge of restaurant operations, labor management, and food safety practices.

Responsibilities

• Supports BOH and FOH daily operations to ensure consistent execution of company standards.
• Leads and supports Shift Supervisors and restaurant team members through coaching.
• Ensures daily compliance with food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety standards.
