Job summary

Miguel's Jr. - 14 Grand Terrace is seeking an Assistant General Manager to support the operations of a QSR location. The AGM will work alongside the General Manager, focusing on team leadership, development, and maintaining high guest service standards. Responsibilities include operational performance management, team training and coaching, compliance with safety standards, and guest relationship management. Candidates should have at least 2 years in a supervisory role, strong leadership skills, and flexible availability.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of supervisory or management experience in QSR or similar.
• Ability to lead, coach, and motivate a diverse team.
• Knowledge of restaurant operations, food safety practices, and labor management.
• Proficiency in English; bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
• Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Support operations and manage daily front and back of house performance.
• Assist GM with operational controls and analyze performance metrics.
• Lead and coach restaurant team members to improve service.
• Promote guest-first culture and manage guest feedback.
