Big Boy Restaurants in Lebanon, OH is seeking a Management level professional to oversee daily operations and ensure high standards of service and sanitation. The role partners with the Executive General Manager to achieve financial goals and guide a team through recruitment, training and development.

You will manage inventory, marketing-driven promotions, and guest satisfaction while maintaining adherence to company policies and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Oversees daily operations and consistently enforces all Company policies, procedures and standards.
• Ensures all government laws, rules and regulations are followed to the letter of the law regarding wages, hours and sanitation.
• Understands P & L and works with the Executive General Manager to achieve financial goals for the restaurant.
• Works with the management team to achieve maximum sales and profits while maintaining excellence in operational standards and procedures.
• Maintains proper inventories, ensuring compliance with established parameters and completing related accounting and administrative reports in a timely manner.
• Assists in recruiting, interviewing and hiring new staff members as well as overseeing their training, development and growth within the company.
