Burger King in Las Cruces, NM seeks a Restaurant General Manager to lead daily operations, drive profitability, and deliver exceptional guest experiences. You will oversee a team of managers and crew, manage the P&L, and ensure compliance with brand standards while maintaining a safe, efficient, and welcoming dining environment.

The RGM will partner with the District Manager to optimize sales, coach staff, and implement local marketing initiatives.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old
• High School Diploma or GED required
• 1–2 years of restaurant management experience preferred
• Strong understanding of P&L and profitability drivers
• Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
• Demonstrated leadership and guest service skills
• Availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Willingness to work long or irregular shifts as needed

Responsabilités

• Has primary accountability for the restaurant P&L and actively manages toward financial goals
• Reviews key P&L lines to increase profitability
• Drives sales through guest service, people development and operations management
• Motivates and directs team members to exceed guest expectations
• Manages guest experience and responds to guest issues
• Identifies community engagement opportunities for local marketing
• Leads recruitment and onboarding of restaurant staff
• Ensures staffing and scheduling align with demand and budget
