Job summary

Responsibilities

• Lead daily restaurant operations to meet speed and quality targets.
• Direct 20–45 hourly staff and shift coordinators.
• Oversee inventory, ordering, and asset management.
• Ensure cash controls and security procedures are followed.
• Perform duties of Hourly Shift Coordinator when needed.
