• Circulate throughout the restaurant to monitor product and service quality.

• Implement new menus, menu ideas, and promotional programs successfully.
• Monitor controllable costs including foods, beverages, and labor.
• Train hourly staff and guide the training of Assistant Managers.
• Guide subordinate activities to maximize productivity.
