Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach restaurant teams across departments to deliver quality guest experiences.
• Assist General Manager with staffing, hiring decisions, and weekly meetings.
• Drive adherence to quality, recipe adherence, and inventory management.
• Monitor P&L and help develop annual and period budgets.
• Foster a safe, clean environment and support promotions and guest engagement.
• Provide performance feedback and recognition to staff.
