Job summary

Buffalo Wild Wings in Salem, OR is seeking a Bench/Assistant General Manager to oversee restaurant operations on a shift-by-shift basis and assist the General Manager in driving safety and profitability.

You will lead staffing, performance management, guest satisfaction, inventory control, and adherence to quality standards, with involvement in P&L tasks. A minimum of 2 years of restaurant/retail management is required, plus a high school diploma and driver’s license.

Qualifications

• Candidates must be highly motivated, self-directed and results-driven with strong organizational skills.
• Ability to create a fun, exciting environment for guests and Team Members.
• Minimum 2 years restaurant or retail management experience; full bar management preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent; valid driver's license to travel between units; background check.
• Completion of Buffalo Wild Wings Management Certification program.
• Has managed Greeter/Cashier, Hospitality, Bar and HOH departments for at least three periods.

Responsibilities

• Assist General Manager with staffing planning and weekly manager meetings.
• Support department managers with coaching on performance management and development.
• Ensure safety, quality, inventory control and adherence to company standards.
• Monitor costs, budgets, and P&L; help develop annual restaurant budgets.
• Lead guest satisfaction initiatives and promptly address guest complaints.
