Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Legal right to work in the United States.
• Minimum 6 months in a shift management or supervisory role.
• Strong communication skills (oral and written).

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and take orders accurately.
• Prepare and package food and drinks per standards.
• Operate cash registers and handle payments.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the restaurant.
• Assist with food prep, dishwashing and inventory.
• Manage shifts and schedule team members.
• Coach and provide feedback to staff; ensure safety and compliance.
• Oversee onboarding and develop new team members.
• Monitor speed of service and resolve bottlenecks.
• Support RGM with payroll and timekeeping.
