Job summary

Responsibilities include shift management, coaching, scheduling, inventory monitoring and adherence to company procedures. Strong communication and leadership skills are essential to drive sales and maintain margins.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Internal promote preferred with completed training and certifications.
• Legal right to work in the United States.
• Open availability and ability to work flexible hours and all shifts.
• Basic math and reading skills.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to learn quickly with a can-do attitude.
• Reliable transportation and punctual attendance.
• Demonstrated ability to maintain financial controls and coach and train employees.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and take orders.
• Prepare and package food and drinks per standards.
• Operate cash registers and process payments.
• Maintain cleanliness of front of house, back of house, lobby and restrooms.
• Assist with food prep and dishwashing.
• Restock inventory and supplies.
• Manage shifts and guide onboarding of new team members.
• Support safety concerns and report issues to manager/HR.
• Conduct daily food safety and prep audits.
