Circle K Stores Inc. is seeking a Restaurant Assistant Manager at Store 2727052Q in Myrtle Beach, SC. The RAM will support the Restaurant Manager with daily operations, coach team members, and uphold brand standards to ensure guest satisfaction.

The role emphasizes staff development, operational controls, safety compliance, and accurate cash/inventory management while maintaining a positive work environment and Circle K culture.

Qualifications

• Full time required
• Availability during all hours of operation and at least one hour pre-opening and post-closing required
• Valid state Driver’s License required
• Excellent communication skills

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent guest service in a fast, friendly manner
• Coach and correct team; conduct second interviews for team members and shift leads
• Maintain a clean restaurant environment with general housekeeping
• Assign shift duties and follow up for completion
• Direct food preparation and service per Brand, Company, and health regulations
• Cascade information and assist with new product training
• Ensure all cash, sales, and inventory records are accurate during shifts
• Complete end-of-shift/day paperwork and communicate discrepancies to supervisor
• In RM absence, manage daily/weekly/period paperwork, counts, and orders
• Maintain a safe environment by following laws and safety codes
• Partner with RM to achieve financial and operational metrics
