Ideal candidates bring proven leadership in hospitality, strong customer service skills, extensive food and beverage knowledge, and familiarity with restaurant management software.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership experience in restaurant management or equivalent.
• Strong customer service focus with guest experience at the core.
• Solid food and beverage knowledge to educate staff on menus.
• Familiarity with restaurant management software (OpenTable, Avero, POS).
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily restaurant operations, including front- and back-of-house management.
• Recruit, hire, and onboard a high-performance team; provide coaching and feedback.
• Deliver superior service and manage guest concerns to ensure satisfaction.
• Monitor revenue, costs, and inventory; support marketing and promotional initiatives.
