Friendly's Restaurants is seeking a reliable, energetic individual to support the General Manager with administrative and operational shift duties in a fast-paced setting. You will oversee kitchen, dining and take-out operations, train staff, and ensure safety and quality standards to delight guests.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of restaurant experience and proven team-building results.
• Ability to manage shifts, coach staff, and ensure guest satisfaction.
• Must read, write and communicate in English; basic math skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily restaurant operations with focus on flawless execution and guest experience.
• Provide on-shift coaching, assign breaks, and ensure labor law compliance.
• Supervise hourly staff and maintain food handling procedures.
• Open/close restaurant and ensure cleanliness and safety standards.
• Support production and assist in kitchen, dining and take-out operations.
