Job summary

Friendly's Restaurants in Maryland is seeking an hourly Manager to support the General Manager with assigned administrative and shift duties, guide restaurant personnel, and oversee kitchen, dining and take-out operations to ensure smooth production and exceptional guest service.

You will open and close the restaurant, coach hourly staff, enforce safety and sanitation standards, and resolve guest concerns in line with company policies.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of restaurant experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong leadership and integrity with team success.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily restaurant operations with focus on flawless execution and guest experience.
• Coach and supervise hourly staff; enforce labor laws.
• Ensure food handling procedures and recipes follow standards.
• Open & close the restaurant and manage opening/closing procedures.
• Address guest issues per company policy.
• Maintain safety, security and sanitation policies.
