Shake Shack Enterprises, LLC is seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager in Norfolk to lead daily operations, deliver outstanding guest experiences, and drive team performance in a fast-paced, high-volume setting.

You will train staff, coach leaders, maintain sanitation and safety compliance, oversee inventory and financials, and promote the brand through community events while fostering a positive, inclusive workplace that supports growth for all Shack Fam members.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of Restaurant Management experience in a high-volume, fast-paced restaurant setting.
• Working knowledge of restaurant operations, including personnel management, food planning and preparation, purchasing, sanitation and health codes, and security.
• Must exhibit an aptitude for leading, coaching, and driving excellence at every level.
• Understanding of financial aspects of business operations.
• Food handler certification, preferred.
• Willingness to work flexible hours.

Responsabilités

• Manage daily restaurant operations to ensure superior service and guest satisfaction

• Motivate and manage team members to provide highest level of hospitality
