CAVA - Topanga is seeking an Assistant General Manager to partner with the General Manager and Area Leader in shaping store action plans, financial results, and team development. You will support scheduling, forecasting, labor, and inventory to maintain exceptional operations.

We offer competitive pay at $28 per hour (projected annually as $72,800 based on a 50-hour work week). This role requires leadership, adaptability, and a commitment to hospitality excellence.

Formación

• 1–2 years of supervisory/management experience in restaurant or hospitality.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service.
• Ability to manage budgeting and cost control.
• Knowledge of health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
• Willing to work nights, weekends, and travel as needed.
• Promotes inclusivity and respectful teamwork.

Responsabilidades

• Assist the General Manager with daily restaurant operations and scheduling.
• Ensure adherence to CAVA standards for food quality, service, and cleanliness.
• Oversee inventory, supply ordering, and cost control to sustain profitability.
• Supervise and support Team Members with training and feedback.
• Support budgeting, cash handling, and financial reporting.
• Address Team Member issues to maintain a positive work environment.
• Uphold high service standards and address customer concerns promptly.
• Lead by example in customer service and team engagement.
