Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Minimum two years restaurant management experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Ability to motivate employees to work as a team.
• Energetic and flexible; maintain composure in difficult situations.
• Well organized and detail oriented.
• Strong computer skills.
• Must possess proper food handler and alcohol dispensing certifications.
• Meets all company service standards; completes ongoing certifications.

Responsibilities

• Oversee restaurant operations to achieve sales and profit goals.
• Hire, train, and develop management and hourly staff.
• Lead shift meetings and solicit team feedback.
• Provide coaching, performance feedback and recognition.
• Ensure safety, sanitation and compliance with ServSafe, HACCP, OSHA.
• Monitor inventory, vendor relations and cost management.
• Maintain cash handling accuracy and banking procedures.
• Address guest complaints and ensure guest satisfaction.
• Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
