Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or GED is required.
• 6 months in a shift management or supervisory role, preferably in a service-related business.
• Legal right to work in the United States.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to maintain financial controls and coach/train employees.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers with a friendly demeanor and take orders.
• Prepare and package food and drink products to restaurant standards.
• Operate cash registers, process payments, and provide change.
• Maintain cleanliness of front of house, back of house, and restrooms.
• Manage shifts to ensure fair employee treatment and compliance with laws.
• Find, hire, and develop Taco Bell employees during onboarding.
• Monitor speed of service and resolve bottlenecks to meet targets.
