Job summary

IHOP 1404 Garland is seeking a General Manager for a full-time leadership role in our Garland, TX restaurant. You will oversee daily operations, ensure guest satisfaction, manage staff and HR responsibilities, and uphold company SOPs.

The position requires building a high-performing team and maintaining standards across food safety, service, and compliance. Applicants should bring 2+ years of relevant experience, a valid driver's license, a high school diploma or equivalent, and strong English

Responsibilities

• Manage food quality, inventory, and equipment maintenance to meet SOP standards and safety requirements.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations and complete required reports.
