Love's Travel Stops & Country Stores Inc. is seeking a Restaurant Assistant Manager to help lead staff, manage processes, and execute strategies to boost sales and customer satisfaction. You will assist in directing daily operations and ensuring a smooth, safe, and welcoming dining experience.

The role requires 1+ year restaurant management experience, budget and P&L experience, and solid Microsoft Office skills. You will support scheduling, reporting, and teamwork to drive outcomes and growth.

Qualifications

• 1+ year restaurant management experience.
• 1+ year managing operations with annual sales >$1M.
• 1+ year budgeting and P&L experience.
• Supervising 5-10+ employees.
• Intermediate PC skills: Office, Outlook, Word, Excel.

Responsibilities

• Ensure a safe, clean facility with adherence to food safety procedures.
• Drive sales through efficient ordering, stocking, inventory management, and food preparation.
• Assist the Restaurant Manager with task execution, scheduling, cash integrity, and reporting.
• Work with the team to prepare and package customer orders promptly to maximize service.
• Understand financial reporting to analyze profit and loss statements and drive opportunities.
• Collaborate with Restaurant Manager in talent acquisition.
