Qualifications

• High volume restaurant leadership experience required.
• ServSafe certification required or certifiable.
• Strong hospitality and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage entire operation of restaurant during scheduled shifts, ensuring quality, service and atmosphere.
• Train shift leads and crew on PRIDE systems, recipes and safety practices.
• Assist GM with inventory, ordering, cash control and labor management.
• Support store marketing initiatives and drive Fan engagement.
